Express Service

We are on-call 24 hours a day for all ‘hot shot’ transport. One phone call is all that is required to get the job underway, with a driver dispatched immediately in most circumstances.

First time users can pay by cash, cheque or credit card.

Regular Maitland Run

To better serve our customers, Pit Patrol runs a 10am and 4pm regular run from Westrac Thornton to Singleton and the surrounding areas.

This service is offered at a reduced rate and we encourage all customers to take advantage of the savings.

We can collect at places along the way, such as Beresfield, Thornton and Rutherford, for the same reduced rate.

Regular Freight to Moree

Pit Patrol runs a twice weekly truck from Newcastle to Gunnedah, Narrabri and Moree.

‘Kaputar Couriers’ collects Newcastle and surrounds each Tuesday and Thursday, and delivers to Gunedah area Wednesday and Friday, and also through to Narrabri and Moree on the Wednesday run.

Large deliveries can be arranged to Narrabri/Moree area on the Friday run if required.

Direct Flight Service

In conjunction with local aerodromes, we can offer direct charter flights for urgent parts or person transport. Ask us — the cost is very competitive and can have items delivered to distant locations within hours.

Item limitations:

  • 100Kg total in 30kg sections
  • A travel suitcase is the approximate maximum size
  • Slender item to 1.8m length

Permanent Hire

If your delivery requirements take twenty five hours or more per week, we can provide you with the same driver and vehicle each day.

In this instance we can consider options such as vehicle sign writing and/or driver uniforms with your company logo.

This can help drive your freight dollar further.

Diesel Refuelling

We have a ute-mounted diesel tank able to supply up to 800 litres, based from Singleton.

A 4,000 litre truck is in construction and should be operational by August 2008.
